Ahhh this was fun. :'D I was sitting at school playing Pokemon Crystal and a Houndoom used Swagger. Eventually my mind came to this conclusion.
My headcanon for Loup is this. (We still don't know too much about him, so I can predict his character, right?) I think he'd go to somewhat crazy lengths to get girls to like him. Unfortunately, Josie is not pleased.

I didn't use any references until I had to look up eye color, and by then I had colored everything else. I forgot about Loup's neck thing and didn't think the color would show through, so... :/

Anyway, hope you like it! -^^- I certainly enjoyed drawing it~ And thanks for the extension, I really needed it. :3

Karen's Houndoom used it. The Dark-type leader in the Elite Four. I forgot it was a 2nd gen move too. XD'
